Those of you who follow our mermaids on Facebook or Twitter will already know that last week Mermaid Lorelei swam into the BBC Radio Cambridgeshire studio for an interview with Andie Harper on the mid-morning show.
The show was discussing graduate careers and the challenges of the current job market. Mermaids Lorelei and Ondine are both Cambridge graduates with degrees in Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic, while mermaid Melusine has a degree in art - it's not the most obvious career progression, so Lorelei dropped by the studio to talk to Andie about how Merlesque UK came to be.
The studio itself was a little chilly, but as mermaids in England, we're used to much worse! And Lorelei had a great chat with Andie about everything from our costumes to the practicalities of getting around in the human world with a tail...
Here's a picture of mermaid Lorelei in the BBC Cambridgeshire studios with Andie Harper. She had a wonderful time meeting Andie and the team - let's hope our mermaids make it back onto the radio soon!
